Dining etiquette covers items such as good table manners, which cutlery to use when, dress codes, appropriate conversation, eating difficult foods and other important information.

Planning and hosting a formal event introduces another wide-ranging topic and aims to give the student the necessary skills required to become a successful and gracious hostess.
