Founder of Greenside Manor Finishing Academy Janice has had many years’ experience in management and supervisory training. She has undergone training as an assessor and moderator and has Train the Trainer certification. She is actively involved in the training as well as in the running of all other aspects of the academy. Educated at Wycombe Abbey, a well-known English private school, Janice enthusiastically believes that all young people should be exposed to the benefits of etiquette training.

Tasmeeya 'Tas' has been involved in Greenside Manor since its inception. She is both an excellent presenter and a first class administrator. Tas was involved in researching and drawing up course content and continues to monitor to ensure that the information contained in the programmes is at always up to date. Tasmeeya has had exposure to the training side of the hospitality industry and as such is able to impart her personal knowledge to the students. She has always had a passion for working with young people and has a talent for drawing out the best in them.

With a degree in marketing and above average communication skills, Hume brings empathy as well as a dose of fun to our programmes. Currently he is a part-time course facilitator specialising in verbal and non-verbal communication skills and in showing the students ways to market themselves positively. Additionally Hume presents several of the modules on the business etiquette course.

Ntombi is the lady who works tirelessly behind the scenes to make sure that everything runs smoothly for us. She creates delicious lunches for our students and brings us tea, coffee and amazing homemade scones. She is also responsible for setting up the classrooms for us.
